Android Sale Offers apps for only 10 cents

Google announced on Tuesday that the Android Market, the official, Google-sanctioned app marketplace for Android has reach a milestone of 10 billion total applications downloaded with a growth rate of one billion app download per month. 

Most importantly, they are celebrating the achievement of 10-million download mark by offering a selection of apps a day for the next 10 days for only 10 cents each.
Google announcement comes precisely 5 months after Apple announced that more than 15 billion of applications has been downloaded for the iPhone, iPod and iPad from it's App Store. Apple celebrated their milestone by giving one lucky customer a $10,000 iTunes gift card.
